Chocolate Avocado Mousse by Mia Rigden

Yield: 4 Servings

When life gives you ripe avocados? But seriously, this chocolate avocado mousse doesn’t taste at all like a “healthier” version of a classic. It’s just as delicious as the original, but full of healthy monounsaturated fats, fiber and antioxidants, and can be made completely sugar free. To make it extra fancy, enjoy with a spoonful of coconut whipped cream.
